Adam M. Lusthaus is an associate at Barnett Bolt. His practice focuses primarily on federal and state tax law, estate planning, foundations and other tax-exempt organizations, as well as business and corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in New York as an associate attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and Ackerman, Levine, Cullen, Brickman & Limmer, LLP.
Adam received dual bachelor degrees in Economics and Psychology from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an Editor of the American Criminal Law Review. Adam also earned an LL.M. degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both Florida and New York.
Adam lives in Tampa with his wife, Amy, and their daughter, Alexandra.
