Jordan is an associate in the firm's tax group. Jordan represents both individuals and entities in the areas of federal and state tax law, tax controversies, estate planning, and probate administration. He focuses his practice on a wide range of federal tax matters, particularly those related to individuals and small businesses.

Jordan received his LL.M. in Taxation and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Jordan served as a Legal Fellow to the Chief Tax Counsel of the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance and as a Research Assistant to Michael Friel, Associate Dean and Director of the University of Florida Graduate Tax Program. He received his B.S. in accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida. In addition, Jordan has twice co-authored articles concerning various areas of federal tax law.

Jordan is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. Tax Court. He is a Member of the Florida Bar Tax Section, the American Bar Association Tax Section, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
