Michael, an associate attorney with Barnett Bolt, earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law in May 2007. There he served as competitor, coach and final four champion on the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Team. Michael has received book awards in advanced appellate advocacy and estate planning. Prior to attending law school, Michael received his Masters in Business Administration from Clemson University in 1989 and his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida in 1983.
Strong business background
Prior to becoming an attorney, Michael enjoyed a 20-year business career, predominantly as a tier-one supplier to the U.S. and Japanese Automotive Industry. Michael was a leader of operations and technology, and, as V.P. of Operations, was responsible for 2,000 employees. His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, corporate, intellectual property, and real property law.
Registered patent attorney
