Micah is a partner in the firm’s tax group. Micah focuses her practice in the areas of: federal, state, and local tax; mergers and acquisitions; entity formation, operation, and termination; tax exempt organizations; non-qualified deferred compensation; and estate planning. Micah also has experience in the area of civil tax controversies (administrative and litigation) with the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue, & has litigation experience in cases against the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Micah received her LL.M. in Taxation and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she served as a Board Member of the Florida Law Review. Micah is active in the Tax Section of the Florida Bar and has served in various director positions.

Micah is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Tampa Museum of Art.
