Formed in 1975 as a boutique tax law firm

Throughout the last half of the 1970s, Barnett, Bolt, Kirkwood, Long & McBride focused its work on business law issues relating to taxation, including closely-held corporations and partnerships, real estate, estate planning, and probate administration.

During the 1980s, the firm expanded to accommodate the needs of its growing clientele.  The practice became a well-rounded and reliable organization for business law needs of varying types.  New clients joined the roster, and the firm continued to grow.

Today, Barnett Bolt has 19 attorneys, all of whom possess exemplary academic and professional credentials.  The firm offers legal representation to clients across a broad range of business law needs:
