Dylan T. Coons is a partner in the firm’s Business Law department. Dylan focuses his practice on representing companies in mergers and acquisitions and other complex commercial transactions, representing issuers and investors in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, advising on joint venture and partnership arrangements, and advising company clients on corporate governance and other corporate law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Dylan was a corporate attorney at Hunton & Williams in Atlanta and at Vinson & Elkins in Washington, DC. Dylan earned his J.D. degree and a Transactional Law and Skills Certificate from Emory University School of Law, where he graduated with honors. He earned a B.S. degree in Finance and a B.S. degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Florida State University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area, Dylan enjoys being on the water and all things involving animals and nature.
