
Gary is a transactional attorney who practices primarily in the area of real estate law. His practice focuses on various types of commercial and residential transactions, including real property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. Gary has previously served as in-house counsel to major financial institutions and has extensive experience handling corporate property matters throughout the United States, as well as commercial and real estate lending and loan workouts. Gary’s experience also includes his role as in-house counsel to a private equity firm handling the acquisition, financing and leasing of retail shopping centers and single-tenant, net-leased properties.
