Kristen is a transactional attorney concentrating in the areas of real estate law and general corporate law. Her practice includes commercial and residential transactions, including the sale and acquisition of real property, financing, leasing, and development. Kristen also has experience in the formation, conversion, merger, and dissolution of business entities. Prior to joining Barnett Kirkwood Koche Long & Foster, P.A., Kristen worked in the mergers and acquisitions sector, where she counseled corporate clients undergoing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Kristen earned her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014. Prior to attending law school, Kristen received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami in 2010, where she majored in History and Communication Studies.
Kristen is a New York native. She is passionate about animals and spends her free time volunteering and fostering animals residing at the Hillsborough County animal shelter.
