Patricia Nolan is a partner in our corporate department concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, securities law matters and corporate governance. Mrs. Nolan has represented public and private entities in a variety of industries and business transactions including merger and acquisition transactions, restructurings, joint ventures and private equity offerings. She also represents clients with respect to complex business contracts, confidentiality agreements, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.
Mrs. Nolan received her B.S. summa cum laude in Psychology from the University of Florida and completed her J.D. in 2002 magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She counsels clients and handles business transactions including negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts and other agreements associated with the activities of their businesses and advises clients on issues concerning trade secrets and other types of intellectual property such as trademark licensing; and contractual matters such as technical assistance agreements between the company and outside consultants hired to provide computer and other information technology assistance.
