Stephen J. Bagge is a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group. Stephen’s litigation practice includes business litigation, insurance litigation, construction litigation, and real property litigation. He also provides transactional advice to businesses and provides outside general counsel services. His experience includes being lead counsel on multi-million dollar litigation, and he has achieved millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. On the transactional side, Stephen has advised businesses regarding small and medium sized transactions, including construction agreements, asset purchase agreements, real estate transactions, office leases, and professional services agreements. Stephen also provides day to day counseling to businesses. Stephen’s clients have included publicly traded companies, small and medium sized businesses, and individuals.

Stephen received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2012. During law school, Stephen was an editor on the University of Florida Law Review and he received book awards in Contracts and Civil Procedure. Stephen was named a Rising Star in the field of business litigation by Florida Super Lawyers for 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, a honor achieved by less than 2.5% of eligible Florida lawyers.

Stephen is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
