Valerie is a transactional attorney who practices primarily in the area of real estate law. Her practice focuses on various types of commercial and residential transactions including real property acquisition and development, leasing and financing. Valerie has been Board Certified in Real Estate since the year 2000.

Valerie has worked extensively in the area of commercial leasing, including representing both landlords and tenants. She has represented a large grocery store tenant in their lease preparation and negotiations and related real estate matters throughout Florida, and she currently represents landlords in leasing office space to corporate tenants. She has also been involved in several shopping center transactions. Valerie assists clients in all aspects of the acquisition and development of property, including financing transactions. Valerie is a title agent for several national title underwriters and has issued millions of dollars in title insurance over the years.

Valerie is a member of Hyde Park United Methodist Church. She is also very involved in the community through the Junior League of Tampa and has served on the Board of the Junior League as their legal advisor. Valerie is a member of the Board of Directors of Bright Beginnings, Inc. and is also on the Board at the Academy of the Holy Names in Tampa. In addition, she is a member of Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club.
